Abstract:
The article discusses the conception of consolidating economic architecture, management aesthetics, and cognitive modeling to build a modern and sustainable enterprise management system. Considering the current challenges and rapid changes in the processes of technology production and the development of the socioeconomic environment, it is important to generate management models capable of adapting to changes and ensuring the long-term sustainability of enterprises. The article presents a scientific-practical approach that combines traditional economic theories with modern methods of cognitive modeling and principles of aesthetics, allowing for harmony between management processes, organizational culture, and technological innovations. Economic architecture is defined as a system of relationships among various components of an organization, including resources, strategies, information flows, and technologies. It serves as a foundation for developing strategies that allow the enterprise to maintain resilience and competitiveness. Aesthetics of management, on the other hand, facilitates the creation of a conducive environment for creativity and innovation, which stimulates the development of organizational culture and enhances the efficiency of interactions between employees and management. Furthermore, cognitive modeling proves to be a powerful tool for analyzing complex systems and predicting the outcomes of management decisions, enabling the optimization of management processes and the reduction of risks. Special attention is devoted to the consolidation of these three components into a single system, which not only allows for effective management of resources and processes but also supports a high level of innovative sensitivity and adaptability of the enterprise. The proposed approach allows the construction of an enterprise management system that is capable of responding to changes in the internal and external environment while maintaining its resilience and competitiveness.
