Creation and Strategy of Use of Financial-Credit Mechanism in the Construction Industry (p. 170 - 178)
The article considers the theoretical and methodical approaches to the essence of financial-credit mechanism and its constituent elements in the construction industry. Relevance of this article is grounded on the gradual change that of the nature of financial-credit relations between economic entities: the State, financial-credit institutions, and enterprises of the construction industry in the process of formation and development of the market economy in Ukraine in the sphere of construction. The content of the financial mechanism of enterprise, its constituent elements, structure, and the influencing factors are disclosed. It is substantiated that the construction of efficient financial-credit relations in the construction industry requires taking account of the specifics of the industry and the contemporary dynamic business conditions in order to ensure an efficient operation of enterprise.
