Abstract: The article provides a scientific substantiation for the functions and principles of forming and implementing the information potential of energy enterprises in a dynamic digital environment. Emphasis is placed on integrating modern digitalization requirements, ensuring energy resilience, and implementing the conception of coherent management. The main functions of information potential are examined, highlighting its key role in ensuring adaptability, resilience, innovation, and operational efficiency of an energy enterprise under conditions of digital coherence. A structural-analytical approach to the principles of information potential made it possible to identify systemness, openness, interconnection, and coherence as the primary foundations for its development and application in strategic enterprise management. The article proposes a range of modern methods for managing informational potential, including: digital integration of internal and external processes; the creation and maintenance of a centralized digital information database; the implementation of an adaptive approach to knowledge and data management; and coherent management of organizational changes and innovation activities in the context of digitalization. The proposed approach entails moving away from the traditional hierarchical style of managing data and technological systems toward a networked, flexible, and interdependent model, which enhances the stability of energy enterprises, their capacity for innovation, and their resilience in responding to the challenges of the digital information environment. Summarizing the results of the study, it can be concluded that effective management of the information potential of energy enterprises in conditions of digital coherence ensures not only increased resilience and innovation but also creates strategic prerequisites for their long-term development and competitiveness in the digital economy.
