Abstract:
The article reveals the specific features of the impact of digital technologies on the transformation business processes of enterprises under the conditions of neo-technological reproduction, reflecting current challenges of the global economy and forming new requirements for effective management. It is defined that digital transformation changes not only the technical aspects of operations but also fundamentally reshapes organizational models, corporate culture, management approaches, and stakeholder interaction systems, including customers, partners, investors, and public institutions. This process involves the creation of new digital business models, the implementation of innovative technologies, the enhancement of data as a strategic resource, and the active use of artificial intelligence, automation, cloud services, blockchain, and other Industry 4.0 technologies. Enterprises’ flexibility in decision-making under digital uncertainty increases, necessitating new strategic approaches. A typology of digital transformation factors of business processes is proposed, encompassing external (institutional-regulatory, market, technological, security-related) and internal (organizational-managerial, human resource, cultural, technological) determinants. Motivating and constraining factors affecting the pace and depth of digital change within specific industries are separately considered. The importance of a systemic approach to considering all determinants in the process of forming digital adaptation strategies is substantiated, as it is a key tool for maintaining enterprise resilience. Particular attention is given to the specifics of factor influence in the transport sector, where digitalization intersects with high levels of risk, critical safety requirements, infrastructure stability, and the need for integration of intelligent management systems. The research results can be used to develop practical solutions aimed at ensuring sustainable development, economic security, and enterprise competitiveness in the digital age, especially in high-risk industries requiring enhanced adaptability and innovation capacity.
