Abstract:
The aim of the article is to substantiate management methodologies for agribusiness through effective planning and to identify mechanisms for increasing the export potential of Ukrainian agrarian products by analyzing management models and planning tools. The objective of the research is to substantiate management approaches that enable agribusiness not only to ensure stable internal operations but also to enhance its positions in the international market. The article is written in support of systematization of existing scientific and practical management models, as well as to identify planning methods that directly impact the export activity of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises. The methodology of the research combines classical and modern management approaches, such as strategic management, analytical forecasting, resource planning, digitalization, and environmental management, using comparative analysis of management models, assessing their efficiency, and analyzing statistical data on exports for the period from 2021 to 2023. The main conclusion of the work underscores the direct relationship between the quality of planning in agrarian enterprises and the growth of their export potential, demonstrating how strategic planning opens new markets, operational planning provides flexibility, and digital technologies support informed decisions in conditions of instability. The research covers Ukrainian agrarian enterprises in both domestic and foreign markets from 2021 to 2023, and future research may deepen the analysis of the effectiveness of digital solutions, develop algorithms for adaptation to external risks, and improve the methodology by engaging geoinformation systems and big data. The practical significance of the research lies in providing generalized methodological approaches for agrarian enterprises aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing costs, improving logistics, and entering new markets. The social implications of the research contribute to strengthening rural communities, creating jobs, enhancing welfare, reducing migration, and forming a positive image of Ukraine as a stable exporter of agricultural products. The originality of the research lies in the systematic combination of classical and modern management tools for efficient agribusiness planning, and its value lies in its practical focus and adaptability to the wartime realities of Ukraine. Thus, the article offers instruments for export growth, promoting the development of a competitive agrarian sector.
