Abstract: The article considers the importance of assessing the organizational culture level of an innovative enterprise as a tool for improving management efficiency, creating a favorable working environment, and stimulating innovative development. The main assessment methods are identified, including sociological, diagnostic, quantitative, comparative, and psychometric methods. Their application is analyzed for determining the current state of corporate culture, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, assessing the level of trust and cooperation between employees, and the degree of staff readiness for change. Special attention is paid to studying the impact of organizational culture on the innovative activities of the enterprise. The article proposes a systematization of the results of assessing organizational culture and their impact on the innovative activities of the enterprise. Possible consequences for the enterprise are identified, including increasing the staff motivation level, strengthening internal communication, reducing the level of resistance to change, and forming a stable corporate identity. Practical recommendations are presented for improving organizational culture based on the results obtained. The results of the study indicate that regular assessment of the organizational culture level is necessary for enterprises that seek to adapt to changing market conditions, increase their competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth. The importance of a strategic approach to the development of organizational culture and the need to integrate it into the overall business strategy of the enterprise are highlighted. It is concluded that assessing the organizational culture level of an innovative enterprise is an important tool for improving management efficiency, motivating personnel and creating a favorable environment for the implementation of innovations. The results of the study of approaches and methods for assessing the organizational culture level of an innovative enterprise will be useful for company managers, HR specialists, management consultants, as well as for researchers studying corporate governance and innovative activities of enterprises.
