Abstract: The aim of the article is to explore the use of business prompts in modern entrepreneurial activity, which will fundamentally change the perception of artificial intelligence in the business environment, transforming it from a tool for performing simple tasks (writing texts, basic responses) into a systemic «methodologist-assistant» for decision-making. The article examines the application of AI tools as a strategic partner for solving various tasks in business processes. After all, in modern conditions, AI does not always fully realize its potential due to users’ inability to construct dialogue – to formulate precise, structured, and purposeful requests (prompts). It is substantiated that with specially developed business prompts, effective communication between entrepreneurs and artificial intelligence can be ensured. The advantages of using prompts in entrepreneurial activities are outlined, as business processes themselves ensure the interconnection between different parts of a business and its response to a changing environment, making success not merely a goal but the natural result of the harmonious functioning of the entire system. Emphasis is placed on the fact that AI is a powerful and efficient tool for automating business processes, capable of significantly transforming the competitive landscape and providing enterprises with substantial market advantages. At the same time, implementing AI technologies is a complex, multi-stage, and resource-intensive process that requires careful planning, a well-justified selection of appropriate tools, significant financial investment, a clearly defined usage strategy, as well as ongoing adaptation and evaluation of achieved results. Key insights are proposed that should be considered and applied in modern entrepreneurial activities to automate routine processes, make managerial decisions, and develop marketing strategies. The mechanisms of business interaction with generative artificial intelligence have been analyzed through key principles for creating effective prompts. Special attention is given to the ethical aspects of using AI technologies in the corporate sector. The results obtained can be applied by companies in business processes and will enable a shift from a reactive management model to a proactive one, which, in turn, will significantly enhance efficiency through factors such as automation and productivity, analytics and decision-making, improved customer experience, innovation, and development.
