Abstract:
This article provides a comprehensive study of the role of project approach technologies in an innovative enterprise (a socioeconomic system) amid digitalization, considering the capabilities and tools of information-analytical technologies such as Big Data. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the project approach as an integrated system of strategic and operational management are revealed, ensuring the combination of long-term vision, resource optimization, and digital transformation of core business processes. It has been shown that the implementation of Big Data in management practice allows for increased forecasting accuracy, identification of hidden patterns in market dynamics, formation of scenario models for development, as well as reducing the risks of exceeding costs and deviations from planned timelines for the implementation of innovative and investment projects. Particular attention is given to the role of information and analytical systems in supporting the management of capital investments and increasing the efficiency of investment activities of enterprises amid globalization and high technological turbulence. It is substantiated that under the strengthening of global competition and the acceleration of technological changes, the importance of ensuring sustainable development in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals increases, which entails the integration of economic, environmental, and social priorities into the strategic framework of management decisions. It is defined that the combination of the project approach with Big Data technologies creates the necessary conditions for forming an efficient innovation ecosystem, within which business, science, government institutions, and financial organizations synergistically interact. The potential of public-private partnership as an institutional mechanism for scaling innovative solutions has been revealed, along with the significance of sustainable financing instruments (green bonds, targeted innovation funds, investment platforms) that facilitate attracting resources under terms aligned with ESG principles. Emphasis is placed on financial incentives as a factor in enhancing the investment attractiveness of enterprises and developing integrated business models in a digital environment. A conceptual model of interaction between the elements of the project approach and Big Data is proposed, aimed at rationalizing resource use, increasing competitiveness, accelerating innovation cycles, and achieving the strategic objectives of enterprises in the context of continuous transformations of the socioeconomic environment.
