Abstract:
The article examines the significance of project activities in the strategic management of enterprises. The main aspects of implementing project management and its impact on the efficiency of achieving the organization’s strategic goals are defined. Key factors for the successful use of the project approach in enterprise management are outlined. The aim of the article is to analyze the role of project activities in the strategic management of enterprises, determine their impact on achieving strategic goals, and develop recommendations for integrating project activities into strategic management and adapting projects to crisis situations. The article conducts a theoretical analysis of the main concepts, which allows for the improvement of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the mentioned topic. The authors have determined that strategic management of project activities in enterprises is a complex of managerial decisions and measures that encompass planning, organization, motivation, and control, aimed at implementing the project approach into the long-term development strategy of the company. This combines the principles of strategic management and project management, providing the enterprise with competitive advantages, optimal resource utilization, and sustainable development, which enhances its competitiveness in the future. The authors recommend a number of practical measures for the efficient implementation of the project approach in strategic management, including: defining the role of projects in the organization’s strategy, forming a project portfolio, implementing centralized management through project offices, and applying modern methodologies and digital tools. Special attention is given to adapting enterprise strategies in crisis situations by integrating project management into strategic planning, automating processes, conducting regular risk analysis, expanding partnerships, and optimizing project finances. The integration of project activities contributes to the efficient achievement of the organization’s long-term goals, its adaptability, and innovative development.
