Abstract:
The article examines the issue of integrating the management of intellectual capital into the risk management system of machine-building enterprises, aimed at enhancing risk management efficiency and ensuring business resilience in the face of dynamic changes. The main focus is on revealing the essence of intellectual capital as an important resource for improving risk management processes, as well as analyzing the main components of this capital: human, structural, and relational. The article outlines the role of human capital in forming a risk management culture, structural capital for stabilizing business processes, and relational capital in strengthening relationships with external partners. It is emphasized that efficient management of these components contributes to enhancing the enterprise’s ability to forecast and respond to risks, thereby reducing their impact on the activities of machine-building enterprises. Perspective directions for further development are highlighted, including the improvement of methodologies for assessing the efficiency of management of intellectual capital in risk management, and the application of cutting-edge digital technologies for more accurate and timely risk forecasting. It is recommended to consider international experience in adapting intellectual capital management methods to global market conditions, which can contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of Ukrainian machine-building enterprises in the international market. The recommendations proposed in the article have the potential to strengthen the competitive positions of machine-building enterprises and ensure their sustainable development. The integration of intellectual capital into the risk management system will help enterprises not only reduce risks but also facilitate effective strategic planning, which will increase their adaptability and resilience to external challenges and allow them to achieve long-term goals.
