Abstract:
The article is devoted to the issues of ensuring the effective functioning and development of enterprises through their active investment and innovation activities. In particular, the object of the study is the processes of forming conditions for activating the innovative development of enterprises, as well as attracting sufficient investment resources for such purposes. The aim of the study is to generalize the methodological and applied principles of forming an organizational and economic mechanism for activating the investment and innovative development of an enterprise. It is proved that innovative activity serves as the basis for the development and further implementation of innovations that allow increasing the efficiency and forming new competitive advantages of the enterprise. It is argued that high-quality management in the field of innovative development of an enterprise requires, firstly, coordination of aspects of innovations and investments; secondly, the construction of a constantly operating organizational and economic mechanism at the enterprise to ensure the implementation of investment and innovation activities, where the organizational component is responsible for the formation of its own organizational and managerial system for managing processes in the field of investments and innovations, and the economic component is responsible for the high efficiency of attracting and using funds, creating and commercializing innovations. Like any other economic mechanism, the organizational and economic mechanism for activating the investment and innovative development of an enterprise requires the involvement of its structural components - elements, including: goals and objectives, principles, means, instruments, strategy, policy, functions, subjects and objects, resource provision. Creating and achieving the proper level of interaction of these elements allows, firstly, to ensure the integrity of the corresponding mechanism; secondly, to guarantee its efficiency and functionality, orientation to all functional and resource areas of the economic entity.
