Abstract:
The article is aimed at studying the organizational and economic aspects of the hotel industry in Ukraine under modern conditions and its impact on the tourism industry, as well as determining strategic guidelines for the development of the hotel industry. The article examines the organizational and economic aspects of the hotel industry in Ukraine, its significance and influence on the domestic tourism sector. The current state of the hotel business in Ukraine is studied and analyzed. Problems and proposals for improving the efficiency of hotel enterprises have been identified. The article substantiates that in contemporary conditions of adaptation and alignment with international standards, the effective functioning of the hotel business in Ukraine is a decisive factor that forms the prospects for the development of the tourism industry, and also has a significant impact on the socioeconomic development of the country and its individual regions. The current trends in the development of the hotel business in Ukraine allow us to state that the hotel services market is sufficiently dynamic and promising. However, issues such as the complexity of the economic and political situation in the country, incomplete utilization of the potential of hospitality enterprises, the mismatch of prices with the quality level of hotel services provided, and the limited ability to use modern technologies in the provision of hospitality services, among others, are restraining factors for the active development of the hotel industry. Identifying the problems and main trends in the operation of the hotel business in Ukraine has allowed for the formulation of strategic guidelines for its further development and the post-war revival of the hotel industry and the tourism sector as a whole. It is proved that the success of the hotel business is determined by the level of service differentiation, quality service, and the implementation of innovative solutions that will attract as many consumers as possible, thereby enhancing the image of the enterprise and ensuring its competitiveness.
