Abstract:
The aim of the proposed article is to analyze the organizational and economic condition of entrepreneurial structures in the field of renewable energy, identify current challenges affecting their activities, and determine development prospects considering global trends, innovative technologies, and mechanisms of State support. The theoretical and methodological framework of the research consists of scientific works and developments by domestic and foreign specialists that analyze the organizational and economic condition of entrepreneurial structures in the field of renewable energy. In the course of the research, methods of systemic analysis of economic phenomena were used. As a result of the conducted analysis, it is determined that each direction of renewable energy determines unique approaches to the management of entrepreneurial structures, influenced by technological, economic, and regulatory factors. It is substantiated that the mechanisms of management of enterprises in the field of renewable energy sources (RES) are based on the introduction of innovations, strategic planning, compliance with environmental standards and rational use of resources. It has been analyzed that in the context of entrepreneurial structures of renewable energy, financing encompasses the process of attracting resources necessary for project implementation or supporting the enterprise's activities. Sources of financing may include both internal funds (enterprise profit) and external resources (loans, grants, government programs, investments). Thus, financing covers all attracted funds – both short-term and long-term. Investments, in turn, represent a type of financing focused on long-term capital investment to obtain future benefits. Unlike general financing, which may include short-term resources for operational expenses, investments are typically intended for a long-term perspective. A promising direction for further scientific research in this area is the assessment of the efficiency of the management mechanism for entrepreneurial structures and the development of ways to improve the management mechanism for entrepreneurial structures in renewable energy.

Keywords: organizational and economic condition, entrepreneurial structures, renewable energy, investments, energy security, risk management, innovative technologies, renewable energy market.
