Abstract:
In the modern world, social transfers play a vital role in ensuring social protection and the development of human capital. They are an effective instrument for supporting vulnerable groups of the population, contributing to the reduction of inequality and ensuring a minimum level of well-being. However, considering globalization processes, changes in the socioeconomic environment, and technological innovations, social transfer systems are constantly evolving, reflecting new demands of the time. Therefore, the aim of this publication is to identify the features of the current state of social transfers in the context of digitalization and inclusivity. The main research methods include: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, logical methods, generalization, systematization, and graphic methods to visually represent specific materials. Thus, the study discovered that one of the main trends in recent years is the digitalization of social transfers. The use of modern information technologies not only enhances the efficiency of administering social payments but also makes them more accessible and transparent for a wide range of citizens. Digital platforms enable the rapid and accurate provision of assistance, reducing the risk of errors and abuses. Another crucial aspect is the inclusivity of the social transfer system. Considering the needs of various social groups, particularly individuals with disabilities, the elderly, large families, and other vulnerable categories, is essential for ensuring fairness and equal access to social services. An important element of contemporary transformations is the aspiration that every citizen, regardless of their social status, can benefit from the opportunities provided by the State. Despite significant progress in the digitalization of social transfers, there are a number of challenges faced by countries implementing these cutting-edge technologies. These include issues of cybersecurity, personal data protection, and ensuring access to technology for remote or underprivileged population groups. An important aspect is also the need to enhance the level of digital literacy among citizens, which will enable all users to effectively utilize the provided digital services. The implementation of new technologies opens up new opportunities to improve the accessibility and efficiency of social programs, as well as to promote the development of a just and equitable society.
