Abstract: The article updates the issue of ensuring the stable functioning and development of economic entities based on the appropriate level of resilience. Resilience is understood as the ability of the company's top management to timely identify and eliminate risks, challenges and threats that ac-company its activities and threaten the deterioration of its efficiency and even bankruptcy. The aim of the study is to substantiate the factors of formation and implementation of the mechanism for ensuring the resilience of the socioeconomic system of the enterprise. It is proved that in or-der to guarantee a high level of resilience, the enterprise should develop and implement an ap-propriate mechanism. The components (financial, resource, investment, insurance, debt) and fac-tors ensuring the resilience of economic entities in wartime conditions are determined. According to the financial component, this is ensuring the stability and sustainability of income and ex-penses, the appropriate level of profitability and rentability of the economic entity, the preserva-tion of acceptable volumes and levels of income, financial and economic results, including due to the rhythm of business processes, compliance with an acceptable level of liquidity and solvency, replenishment of working capital and prevention of a financing crisis for the proper course of economic processes. According to the resource component, this is compliance with a high level of remuneration and motivation to preserve the personnel of the enterprise in a crisis situation, the formation of insurance and reserve stocks of raw and energy resources. In terms of investment, economic entities should work on business capitalization and maintaining a high level of its investment attractiveness, forming partnerships with leading investors, as well as entities of the financial and credit system of the country / region, preventing the growth of an internal financial crisis due to repayment difficulties and maintenance of previously involved investments, loans. According to the insurance component, this is the leveling of financial and economic risks through high-quality risk management and insurance of major risks and threats, prevention of the threat of non-fulfillment of contracts, violation of their conditions and requirements, diversifica-tion of markets and sources of their insurance. To strengthen resilience in wartime conditions, economic entities should also strengthen their own debt security, and this involves forecasting and modeling the financial and economic condition of leading counterparties in order to prevent the negative impact of their bankruptcy on the financial condition of the enterprise, the growth of debt obligations as a result of a decrease in volumes and efficiency of management, slowing down of business processes. Strengthening the resilience of the enterprise in critically difficult conditions requires, first of all, systematic work in this direction. Secondly, the indicated syste-maticity is manifested in the implementation of measures aimed at extended reproduction, as well as prevention of the implementation of challenges and threats.
