Abstract: The post-war reconstruction of Ukraine is a complex and multifaceted process that requires systematic efforts in various spheres of life. One of the most important directions of this recovery is the intensification of innovation activity, which can become the basis for sustainable economic development, modernization of production and integration of the country into global economic processes. In the post-war period, innovation activity is of particular importance, as it allows not only to restore destroyed structures, but also to create new opportunities for the development of technology, business and society. The aim of the article is to analyze the possibilities of intensifying innovation activity in Ukraine in the post-war period through the development of innovation parks and high-tech clusters. The study used: the method of analysis, the method of synthesis, the logical method, the method of generalization, the method of observation, the method of induction, the method of deduction, the graphical method. In the context of global changes and new challenges, innovation parks and high-tech clusters are becoming key elements in the transformation of the country’s economy. They are able to ensure the integration of scientific developments with practical application, promote the development of entrepreneurship, increase competitiveness in the international arena and create new jobs. The development of innovation parks and clusters makes it possible to create efficient platforms for the implementation of scientific research, commercialization of new technologies and attraction of investments. They stimulate cooperation between business, science and government agencies, which, in turn, ensures the rapid introduction of innovations in production and other spheres of life. Attracting international partners, investors and the development of new high-tech industries, such as information technology, renewable energy, biotechnology, will become the basis for sustainable economic development and integration of Ukraine into global economic processes. Thus, innovation parks and high-tech clusters can become important drivers of Ukraine’s recovery and development, contributing not only to economic growth, but also to social, environmental and technological transformations that will help the country adapt to new realities and become a strong player on the world stage.
