Abstract:
The article is aimed at forming an integrated mechanism for strategic management of innovativeness of machine-building enterprises in the modern economic environment. It is defined that in today’s problematic economic environment, the formation and making of managerial decisions on the introduction of innovativeness at machine-building enterprise requires a thorough analysis of external and internal factors and represents a complex process that has successive interconnected stages and is also characterized by the notion of a procedural invariant for an effective strategic managerial decision-making. The process of innovativeness at machine-building enterprise should have an innovative and creative structure to meet the needs of consumers. At the stage of implementation of strategic management of innovativeness of enterprises, measures to flesh out the solution and bring it to the workers are developed, the progress of its implementation is monitored, the received result is adjusted and assessed. It is defined that the strategic management of innovativeness of machine-building enterprises should have its own concrete result, so the goal is to find such forms, methods, means and instruments that could contribute to the achievement of the best result in the introduction of innovativeness of enterprise in certain conditions. The article allocates the main factors and conditions for ensuring high quality and efficiency of strategic management of innovativeness of machine-building enterprises. To address these issues, an integrated mechanism for strategic management of innovativeness of machine-building enterprises has been proposed.
